Maddie Morrati

Maddy Moratti is a Mechanical Engineer at A.G. Coombs with over eight years of experience in HVAC design, advisory services, and project management across commercial, healthcare, and retail sectors. She has contributed to major developments such as Atlassian Central, Metro Martin Place South Tower, and Blacktown Hospital Stage 2, including international work in Denmark on innovative HVAC solutions.

Recognised for her leadership and technical excellence, Maddy received the 2024 Young Achiever Award and is an active member of the A.G. Coombs Advancement of Women Reference Group. She also mentors young people through programs like RYPEN and RYLA.

At the Women in Construction Summit 2025, Maddy will share insights from her career, highlighting the importance of innovation, collaboration, and the role of women in shaping the built environment.
